The Wee Blessings Thrift Store, located downstairs at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2017 First Avenue, is open every Sunday from noon to 4:00 PM. Free clothing is available to families in need. Donations can also be dropped off during that time.
Gideon’s Ketchikan Camp meets every Monday morning at 7 a.m. for coffee and Bible study in the small conference room at the Landing hotel. All are welcome.

St. John’s Episcopal Church on Mission Street is having a breakfast fundraiser from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A choice of either biscuits & gravy with eggs and sausage or pancakes with ham and eggs. Also fruit, coffee, juice and tea. Suggested donation $10 per person. Proceeds benefit the “Save Our Steeple” fund.
In-person registration for the Ken Teune (TOO-nee) Stampede Fun Run is from 9 – 10 a.m. at the Ketchikan Fire Department on Bawden Street. The 1 mile starts at 10:30 a.m. and the 5K at 11 a.m. Free for Ketchikan Running Club members or $10 for the 1 mile and $25 for the 5K.
