Advance Care Planning workshop

Courageous Conversations will be holding an Advance Care Planning workshop from 3 – 5 p.m. at the Ketchikan Public Library. Participants will have the opportunity to fill out forms to identify who will make healthcare decisions for them if they are unable to do so themselves.
