AHFC “Home Choice” homebuyer education class

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is offering a free 6-hour “Home Choice” homebuyer education class May 20th and 21st from 1 – 4 p.m. each day at the Ketchikan Public Library. There will be information on selecting a lender, home inspections, purchase and sales agreements, budgeting, shopping for a home, pros and cons of home ownership, energy efficiency programs and much more. Real estate professionals may receive six continuing education credits for completing the course.
