The Ketchikan Flotilla is holding a 2-day Auxiliary Boater Safety Class March 9th and 16th from 9 a.m. to noon each day at the Yacht Club in Thomas Basin. Learn about navigation, required safety equipment, basic first aid, and rules of the road. Completion of the course also allows you to get a break on boat insurance.
