Exhibit opening – “Haida Rising”

The traveling exhibit, “Haida Rising,” opens Tuesday at the Totem Heritage Center and will be on display through the end of September. This features images by photographer Karen Ande who spent two weeks in July 2019 in Hydaburg photographing the annual culture camp and the community’s dedication of its first cedar longhouse built since 1895.  Tuesday’s hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
