Hobbit Day celebration

Calling all ages of hobbits, dwarves, elves, wizards, dragons and trolls to the Ketchikan Public Library from 3 – 5 p.m. to celebrate Hobbit Day. There will be crafts, a scavenger hunt, photo op and more. Dress up is encouraged but optional.
