Doors open 6:30 p.m. at the Ketchikan Public Library for the “It’s Not Quite Halloween” teen party. This year T.A.G. is focusing on the undead with a Halloween costume contest, trivia, odd snacks and the Corpse Bride. This event is for teenagers only.
