Quilling Basics

Craft and Connect presents Quilling Basics from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Ketchikan Public Library. Join us in rolling, sizing and shaping paper coils, which can be used to  make jewelry and/or a card. This is a fun, inexpensive, creative craft that is believed to have been started around the 15th century.  It is believed the name “Quilling” came from the quill pen which was believed to have been the first rolling tool.
