Quilling Basics

Craft and Connect presents Quilling Basics at the Ketchikan Public Library from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. In addition to learning the basics of Quilling, those attending will be rolling, sizing, and shaping paper coils, which are then used to make a piece of jewelry and / or a card.
