Teen Advisory Group Celebration

The Teen Advisory Group is having a “TEENS, it’s Not-Quite-Halloween” celebration at the Ketchikan Public Library from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. All teens are invited to enjoy music, food, costumes, and games.
