Tongass Historical Society meeting and presentation

The Tongass Historical Society Annual Meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Tongass Historical Museum, 629 Dock Street. A short meeting will be followed by a presentation at 6 p.m. Peter Stanton will provide updates about and read excerpts from his book manuscript in progress – Independence Defended and Denied: History of the Tlingit Nation, 1775 – 1912.  All are welcome.
