Yoga Class for Moms

A free yoga class for moms begins at 5:15 p.m. at 319 Main Street (above Uncharted Alaska Distillery). The class is offered to celebrate maternal mental health during Mental Health Awareness month and is for all moms, aunties, grandmothers and other mom-like folks. The class is limited to 15 people.
