Free Childbirth Education class

There will be a free, 90-minute, Childbirth Education class beginning at 10 a.m. at the Ketchikan Public Library. Educator, birth doula, lactation consultant and dietitian Janai Meyer, RDN will conduct the class which focuses on best practices options as expectant mothers prepare to give birth.
